Our bodies have incredible memories & do remember our traumas. I used to have very painful arms & legs from my abuse but since trauma therapy those pains have gone.

Step - have you thought of having a gum shield fitted, it worked well for me. I used it for 6mths while I was going through emdr therapy. The relief is incredible, after years of waking up with jaw pain & migraine it was gone. Now if itcomes back i use it for a few nights just to remind my jaw!
