Undiagnosed No sense of self
Hiya All, I still don't have an official diagnosis (the waiting list is 3 yrs and they won't even put me on it) but I've known about my Cptsd for the last 5 yrs. When I was working full time I paid for private therapy which helped with particular memories but now I struggle to work there is...- hypervigilant
