Hi, I'm new to this forum and just wondered if anyone had any tips on how to tell my therapist fully about my abuse.

Hi, not sure if this goes here but does anyone think their sexuality has changed since the abuse . I feel like I'm bisexual but is that because I'm afraid of men or not.

I think what your saying is right. I always keep myself busy around Christmas as I can get depressed.

I get paranoid at night so I have to have chains on my window now, when I'm really bad I see him in the bathroom as that's where it all happened(but not in this bathroom)

I hear things such as huffing and I hear words and I also see the person in the corner of my room.

I find there is not much support around here.

Anniversaries can be hard, something happened on my Birthday so I had to change it so my day isn't as bad. Why don't you keep occupied on the day so It doesn't seem as bad.

I've been going to mental health services for 2 years now, not got very far though.

Maybe, since being ill I find it harder to talk to people :O_o:

I always feel arkward when I first start talking to people :depressed:
