I liked this book quite a bit. In the beginning, it seemed fairly predictable. The husband did it. Isn't that always the way it goes on TV dramas? But then it took a turn I hadn't expected. The manipulation and story twists and turns made it a good read, in my opinion.

I kind of saw the "Rescue" title as encompassing the entire plot. In the beginning, he rescues her. In the end, she comes to the rescue.

This is actually what I was thinking your problem could possibly be. They used to be called benign essential tremmors, I think. Google it. It's a medical condition, and though you might find that PTSD could worsen it, it may very well be that it isn't related. When will you know the MRI results?
