    Yes, every therapist may do group therapy differently. You should definitely ask those questions in group, as the other poster suggested. I cannot say enough how much I got out of group therapy. Although the reasons that brought us there sucked donkey balls, I have made some lifetime friends.

    Some people just fall into deep depression. They still may get the flashbacks and dreams and worries that go with it, but instead of being anxious, they just shut down. Most people are the anxious PTSD type, though.
