    Thank you. I am very disturbed but it is good that you have at least made me feel I am not crazy Thank you. as a newbie I am scared and anxious esp because I just found out what suicide ideation was and yeah I have had it. :(

    I am through my 2nd EMDR session. I thought it would be beneficial. At first, immediately feel good, followed by exhausted/drained afterwards and I go right to work. maybe that's not good. Then 24+ hrs later I feel anxious, depressed. is this just because it's new?
