It's not a bother. That is one of the things this site is for. ;) Just a suggestion, do you think you could try the band thing with just one friend at a time to start with. If you are with just one of your friends at a time it could help you build up confidence.

A certain amount of distance is required IMHO. If they get too wrapped up in their clients, they, themselves would be worse off than their clients because each client has problems. Add them all up and it would overload the T. Total disconnect is bad too. So how much is enough, how much is too much?
