ok here goes i'm really new at this so not sure how it works. My PTSD was just diagnosed so really losted about all of it. Today I lost my temper at work and quit (this happens on alot like every job I go though about 5 jobs a year this way) and i have no idea how to cope with not just losing my...- lost without help
