    My Spouse's Suicide - New To The World Of Ptsd.

    My husband killed himself a month ago, in our home. He left me a note on the table where to find his body. He had shot himself in the head. Now, with grieving I have the added worries of PTSD. I am afraid of my own shadow. Need advice.
