    How to obtain a TSI-2 score report?

    Hi, not sure if I've posted to the right forum ... I had a Trauma Symptom Inventory-2 done last year and the psychologist returned the questionnaire to me. I'm wanting to get a score report from this, and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get this done? It's for legal purposes only...
