I have to chuckle about the xanax, (nothing to do with you) I was so against taking that and then I started to take Klonopin...if we only knew what we were stepping into when these meds are prescribed to us. Wow PerfectEmpire...its funny how you mention CBT that is what my Psychiatrist wants to do with me and I am also seeing a therapist. I have always been a bit crazy about taken any form of medication. I have been diagnosed many years ago with PTSD, depression and panic disorder. I have tried what ever the doctors wanted me to try with much hesitation and no satisfaction.
