    Hi all, Just a quick message to say hi, serve 15years RAF Regiment. And have just been diagnosed with PTSD 3 weeks ago, now I know why my career never picked up. Any advice would not come a miss, as also have osteoarthrituos of the knees. All the best and a happy new year for 2013...
