    Thankyou for the kind welcomes. In time I hope to get proffesional help the nhs have done more harm than good for me so am extremly warey of seeking any help right now. I know my limits right now so am treading carfuly. Comfort

    Haven't found a good place to be yet so hoping I'll be welcome here. I am comfort have no dx but know I have PTSD DID and RAD for 20 years I have suffred but knew nothing till now.
