    Hi! I'm very happy to find this forum. I'm a 34 year old female and was first diagnosed with C-PTSD 4 years ago, but I have had these problems for many, many years. I've had several therapists since I was 13 and I've been in the "loony bin" so many times now, I lost count. It's rather weird...
