    I really needed to read this. Thank you. It's good to be reminded that you're not the only one and I hope so much that you are seeking comfort in the same things. We are all in this together.

    I put my makeup on today and acted as though I was absolutely fine. I can laugh and joke and hide so well that I'd rather not be here
