    I'm new to this forum. I'm a 24/yo female who has been suffering from PTSD for the past 4 years and counting :( I was triggered recently and sought treatment, I'm currently on meds (again!) and going into therapy. I'm hoping to live as healthy and 'normal' as possible so I'll just see how this...
