Yes, they have Family Support groups, education meetings for everyone, Connection groups (for the person with the illness). They also have 10 or 12 week "classes": Peer to Peer (for the person) and Family to Family (for the family).

And also, in regards to talk therapy not working, she has to find a therapist that she feels comfortable with, regardless of the type of therapy.
