@gmleo Thank you very much for the kind words . As far as damage limitation this is what I have learned and done this time . That being said I am new to this diagnosis so what I previously thought was my anxiety was getting out of hand and I alway tried to do the " Man up /snap out of it...

@intothelight . Thank you very much . I do currently have a therapist but I do find the man to be a tad archaic in his approach . Im currently looking for another one . This being Norway though it does take a few weeks to switch .

Hey @Changeling ! Thanks for the kind words. I think they not blaming your self is a big thing . It made my life unbearable at times because I was successful and stable at times and something would trigger it and I would just go back to that place where taking a shower was a challenge let alone...
