I think that definitely counts! Yogis do that kind to f stuff!?!?! Like, on purpose!?!?! Wow. I have no idea why they would want to though. Maybe that's what I need to do. Train myself the way yogis do? I would imagine that they would have a lot more control over it than I would.

A friend of a friend told me that she was on meds to make her nightmares go away. I've never heard of this before! My Dr has not brought it up even once! Does anybody know what medications do this? Has anybody tried these before? What did it do to you? Thanks!
