Somebody Was Sleeping In My Bed...

I'm not even sure how to explain this in a way that makes sense but I was on my way to bed feeling inspired and positive only to find that someone was sleeping in my bed. "WTF!?!?! Who the f*ck was sleeoing in my bed!?!?!" I tried to wake them up but they wouldn't move. It took me several minutes to realize that the intruder in my bed was ME. I just didn't have the capacity to deal with what just happened and attempted to distract myself by making art. I then lost most of my self awareness and I lost track of all time. It was a blur to me. I'm not exactly sure how long this lasted or remember much of what I did, which was really jarring when I finally "touched home." I'm guessing it was somewhere between 2 days to a week but honestly, it felt like I had spent eternity in there so who knows? Has anything like this ever happened to you guys here? Am I making any sense?

I walked up to my car about 17 years ago, and saw a weird see through me. I was sitting there lifeless, and looked transparent like I was seeing an out of body experience except it was myself.

Does that count? Sorry I hit post to quick. I remember thinking "get back in my body," and the see through me was gone. It took a while to shake that one off......
Your not alone. Try not to let that get to you to bad. Maybe it was you were out of body looking at yourself? It has been reported uncountable times at hospitals, and in trauma, and by yogis all over the world for centuries.

I think that definitely counts! Yogis do that kind to f stuff!?!?! Like, on purpose!?!?! Wow. I have no idea why they would want to though. Maybe that's what I need to do. Train myself the way yogis do? I would imagine that they would have a lot more control over it than I would.

I've got that. DID no other personality. A lot of out of body, and I also have this thing called controlled remote viewing, but mine is out of control, so it just happens when I'm falling asleep, and I see stuff. That's the only thing that described it was remote viewing.

Then that isn't D.I.D.

Per definition. It requires two, or more, separate personalities for it to be D.I....
cant it be multiple ages as personalities as well?

As far as I know, no.

Sure, a personality can have themselves multiple ages, and things get complicated, and things as poly-fragmented D.I.D. exist (where the personality has other fragments) but the basic requirement is still there is two or more distinct ego states / personalities, not merely a single personality who feels of various ages and/or experiences amnesia to some of those states when in a different age's mindset.
