Small thing for some but BIG for me, I refurbished my entire studio flat. Refurbished, organised and cleaned. It took 6 days and I wanted to give up so many times but I saw it through. 😊

Started having nightmares again, all about the same thing. I wake up in a cold sweat, emotionally and physically exhausted. I've had two just a few days apart, hoping they'll stop soon. 🤞

Working on my social anxiety by doing things I'd never do before. Things like working out outdoors, going to coffee shops and dinning alone. I'm also being open to and have been attending social occasions with friends. About 6 months ago, this was unthinkable, now I'm kicking butt! 💚
