Yea...to suggest what i could do to control my anxiety and if it seems like anxiety is the cause OR if anyone experienced this.. Ok people, if you have a problem with my forum then just dont reply..OK????

GERD= Acid Reflux LOL, you could also look it up.. And I believe richter scale was talking to scout 86....I never asked for anyone to diagnose anything online..lol
