Hi, I'm a 64 guy in OR who spent a life time in Fire/EMS. Ended up on disability. Still dealing with the "fall out" of ptsd.
I'm glad to share anything that may be of help to anybody dealing with any part of PTSD, of the early symptoms ie pictures, movies, smells, nightmares......At the very least we all need to "talk" with a trusting person...about anything on our mind or in our minds...
