    Well an update I have began treatment and I think I am doing pretty well as it is early into the treatment and anything can happen but all in all I'm feeling better and cant believe how much better I am doing with my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for all your good advice and...

    I have been having problems sleeping for a long time. When I was a police explorer I witnessed a women die in front of me and there was nothing I could do I was 15 or 16 at the time and have been having nightmares ever since. I am 29 now and still have this damn nightmare and it won't go away...
