    Hello--i am new to this website. I also use a hammer to self harm. At first I thought it odd, but now it feels like a secret ritual --especially when I am angry about anything PTSD-related (sexual abuse flashbacks, my isolation). I'm trying ti make myself cry I think...i do relate and thank you...
