Hi Astrid... It is all part of PTSD it's horrible! Some days are unbearable, and maybe the stress of upcoming long trip and court has triggered you to self harm...I hope you've looked after the wound... this will pass... your mum will surely not mean she won't take you...just a reaction...

CBT is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the other one should read EMDR.. All kinds of therapy teaches you different more healthy ways to view and deal with what you ve been through... We relive it as long as we're alive, in our minds and bodies... So talking therapy is not a bad...
