Recently diagnosed with ptsd. Makes sense after reading some books. After 35 yrs of settling for just "what's left" of myself, I'm starting to understand that I have a chance to "live". I'm making a few mistakes here and there, which is totally human, but making progress, and starting to see some good things come about.
