    I agree with you @Sideways. I think I just got triggered. Thinking of how people can make assumptions about another's behavior. How do we stop this stuff before it happens? I guess it was my appeal to the universe that we need to find ways to detect and stop abuse. Again, a lofty goal...

    Michael Jackson is an interesting one... I love the heart in his music, like man in the mirror. I found myself wondering what kind of childhood trauma he went through that would cause him to pursue little boys. He was obviously deprived of a normal childhood. So, as an adult he never was...

    I love that you brought up Ghandi. We are highly complex people. We, here, have strong similarities in life experiences that shape our perspectives. I prefer to believe that everyone has blind spots, where through lack of life experience, ignorance or focused insensitivity they minimize...

    That is sad @Survivor3 they were all incredible musicians! Beautiful. I love it when I hear about, new to me, great humanitarians. I should have added that their impact is still alive! I was binge listening to Hendrix recently.

    I was thinking about the current political divide and was hoping that this might provide some optimism. I really hope that this idea doesn't backfire on me... :blackeye: it's okay if it just fizzles away... it's not trauma related, but I believe that HOPE is a big thing for all of us! 1)...

    I have only one wish. That there was a way to tell, at first sight, if someone was: kind, compassionate, empathetic, loving, that they would give it their all to resolve every conflict in the most peaceful manner possible. When they did something wrong they were capable of being accountable...
