I told the exact same story many, many times. There was no "talking," "deciding to leave," it was either leave as he was going completely off/scaring me, or try to yell over him or touch him.

There was no "words" and then leaving. It was having sex with the kindest, gentlest man I have ever met to him pushing me off, screaming, and me getting basically verbally pushed out of his house is less than 60 seconds.

What I was saying is that the man I knew and had dated for months that couldn't hurt anyone or anything could become someone else and hurt me or himself. I wasn't saying PTSD makes you more hostile.

I knew it was a PTSD attack. He would never hurt me if he isn't having an episode. This is why I am asking if he is ok to keep seeing as a friend. He is getting help, so maybe he can eventually have a relationship.

I knew to leave as I know people with PTSD could hurt me or himself since he was completely out of control saying killing and his gun. When I left, I texted him mom to check on him as I didn't know if he was going to kill himself or what.

During the episode, he shoved me off and started screaming at me everything I said before. I couldn't get a word in edge wise. I was frozen in bed in fear for about 5 seconds with him continuing to shout at me while getting my clothes on. We have hung out several times and had sex since then...

I think he is a "player" as he re-posted his dating profile. He says it hurts him to know I am dating, but doesn't want to take his or my dating profile down. We also usually end up having sex basically every time I see him.
