Sudden discontinuation of serotonergic drugs like Prozac and other SSRIs can cause them. I've been on a bunch of different psych medications and they only happened to me maybe once or twice. They basically feel like a sudden bolt of electricity going up your head.
Nope, but I do take in plenty of dairy products and caffeinated drinks! Tannins found in tea, coffee, and chocolate can inhibit the absorption of iron by as much as 90%. :coffee:
@Fadeaway Vitamin C can increase the absorption of iron, so that's why I mention that large doses can be a no-no for people like me. And, contrary to popular opinion, high iron can be just as bad as low iron. My doc suspects that might be what's causing my really low estrogen levels. :wtf: And...
Don't take vitamins unless you need them. I've always had issues with high ferritin (despite my otherwise low iron diet) and IV'ing something like iron or even Vitamin C would be a big no-no.
I do, but I still self-medicate with marijuana (swear by it for nightmares) and occasionally microdosing other drugs. And I saw a psych RN recently for other reasons, so I might be starting Ritalin again. I drank seven cups of coffee on one of my non-microdosing days and I'm kinda ashamed of...
It's open to everyone, including those with special needs. I imagine the teachers will be more understanding about PTSD for that reason.
I might be a good student, but I would go still insane if it was an honors type of school, lol. I was way ahdead and doing that with my online homeschool...
I currently live downtown and the main public school is loaded with a lot of ridiculous graduation requirements and is kinda in the inner city. I didn't want to get involved with all of the bad social stuff either. The Sudbury school that I plan on going to in a couple weeks includes kids of all...
Yay!! I found a school here in CO that accepts students of all ages. My dad and I will be moving out to the suburbs in January and he will be getting a cheap car with the money saved in rent. It's one of these. I will still take the GED as soon as I turn 17 and start community college, but this...
Yup, but that's exactly how MDMA should (and most likely will) be regulated if the FDA decides to OK the use of MDMA in psychotherapy - much like it was previously. :)
As for cocaine, it's not given as a prescription like Desoxyn and other drugs mentioned, but rather as a nasal anesthetic used...
Meth, cocaine, and PCP are all legal for medical use - just throwing that out there. MDMA was originally used in psychotherapy until the club scene found out about it in the 80's and ruined its reputation.
I do agree with you on the depression related worries, though. We don't really know what...
I just watched TV news for the first time in years. It amazes me that people consider watching this trash in order to be an informed citizen. And not even Bill O'Reilly supports Trump. Bummer. TV makes me depressed. I spent most of my time guessing what the commercials were for. :(
:wacky: TW: TRIGGERS! My triggers include sweaters, orange chicken, and people who don't agree with me! :wacky:
Aaaaand this is why I'm going to community college in hopes of avoiding their political BS + $$$ BIG MONEY $$$. Kinda hard to get along with people when you express equal dislike for...
Nearly 3k people were killed on JUST 9/11. I think Obummers is giving us a subtle lecture on why the USA needs cheap laborers aka immigrants.
But I am no gun nut... I strongly believe that gun control still needs to be increased. Just seems like a biased article to me.
Eh. I have a friend out...
The last time I used a public bathroom was over a month ago and one of the toilets was broken. The lady in the other toilet took over thirty minutes and still didn't (In retrospect, I don't think she was going to the bathroom - probably texting or ya know what ), so I got impatient and...
