Parents should absolutely be notified in advance. You aren't being unreasonable. If I'm not wrong, I'm pretty sue it's against the law to not provide a consent form.

I think PTSD causes a lot of the same things in the brain as ADHD does. Not sure how I'd like to risk becoming dependent on amphetamines, though. :coffee:
Haven't taken it in almost two years! The withdrawal period didn't hit me too hard either. :) I never really liked that dopey feeling that it gave me anyway... It felt more like my anxiety was trapped inside of my own body and still didn't relieve the mental bit.

I don't really have full-blown "triggers" per se, but if I'm anxious or depressed, I'll go into a horrible depressive/anxious/dissociated/angry spiral for the rest of the day (sometimes weeks) after coming across one of this things.

I'm a huge fan of Ecco the Dolphin (see icon) and the earlier Metroid games.
I tried playing Pokemon for awhile, but I just never got the hang of it. Or at least the patience for it. It's a little bit too repetitive for my liking. :laugh:

My grandma on my dad's side and step grandpa grew up in Ottawa. I lived in Emporia while I was with my grandma. We would go out to the capitol, Westboro Baptist Church, or go see ESU's womens' basketball team as a field trip. :hilarious:
