Hey I bet most here can relate with you, I don't find this forum a miracle cure.... But a great steady place to check into every time you feel isolated or such.

I haven't figured that out yet ......but I'm working on it. I've tried adjusting my meds back and forth, working on diet, exercise definitely helps me overall......fresh air for sure, like ride a horse or hike in the mountains or forest fresh air.
