    Thanks Debbie... I am an extreme case and I literally need something immediately to calm down and get control or I just can't function in the smallest of tasks. There is no sleeping and very little eating I am getting suicidal. Is there a starter pack or at least a link for people like me...

    Hi Fellow PTSD'ers - I have had ptsd for 25 years and only just discovered what it was and that it can be treated. But I am not sure where to go from here, I live in New Zealand.... can anyone help pleeeeeeeze?
