    The doctors don't know whats causing it, but they have there guesses on reactions to meds and cranial bruising. Only started hallucinating when I was on the max dose of mrphine possible

    I've been having really bad nightmares recently and in the last few days I have struggled to tell what's real sometimes, until I get reminded where I am. I don't know if it's the pain meds or what but does anyone else have this problem?

    @CyclePath I struck lucky in that most of my work mates completely understood. Can't talk about it to many other people though.

    Just talking about it really does help me deal with it. I've tried returning to the same caves (that was a very bad idea), I've started therapy. Paroxetine seems to be working as well.

    It only really got bad after a vicious rescue where we almost got someone out alive (died from CO2 poisoning within 50m of the cave exit).
