I have been suffering from panic attacks and I have been trying yoga and breathing but it doesn't seem to work for me or calm me down. Does anyone have this problem too? I would like to know how I can deal with panic attacks better. Thank you!

I am new on this site but I have been feeling really anxious work related. I was on the verge of quitting because of some work tension. I ended up having multiple panic attacks. I feel like nothing is getting better. I don't know what to do. I really feel all alone :(
