Yea like when you see a new p-doc. After reviewing case, asking if you have a father or brother to go stay with for awhile.
You reply - you mean the person who did this me? Then desperate look, or I call it very sad look.
If you can find it Berocca was recommended by my general doctor for recovery, anxiety and stress. I take tablets. Several different B vitamins, plus other stuff in it. She called it a recovery supplement. P-doc approved to stay on it.
Depends on medicine. Some have short half-life....some much longer. Some meds are half gone in hours...others days. Plus @Justmehere mentioned everyone is different.
My psychiatrist (old and new one) have always been very specific time of day. I set reminders on smartphone - otherwise I would...
@claire east I'm so proud you posted a thread in forums! Positive step.
As @Fadeaway said get your blood tested if they haven't already.
Sure they have told you to take high potency vitamin/mineral supplement, and electrolytes? You know about my physical health conditions past several months...
I agree with others. This hardly makes you worst mom by far.
It is strange when it does happened though. I had 3 alarms set on smartphone hour apart all with snooze feature. I'd wake up later, "what the hell happened?!" Went on for weeks. Before I hadn't used alarm in years.
I like

@Chimera
I needed a good laugh. Thank you.
Prefer to exposure your crimes to local public....let them decide.
Sorry upsetting night about abuser....burned on stake? Shall we do poll, or just town decision?
Exactly.
If you could find a job in pet shelter, or pet shop that sounds ideal. Or something similar.
I found this for you. I was curious about ADA and ptsd. Found this for you Link Removed
Sael.... for me Xanax helped stop "cycle" of panic attacks. Told to take when I felt one coming on before it got too bad. But not to take daily, nor after a nighmare/night terror. I keep one on me now as insurance that I know it will calm me. Mentally that helps.
Told "not" to take daily. It's...
My father when I was less than 10 tried to explain my mom's issues (he was the abuser, and cause of my ptsd, and many of her problems.) I just remember yelling, then running as fast as I could away. Learned decades later he regretted ever doing that to me. I don't remember much except running...
@Simply Simon Which app?
I like the idea of the bracelet with free number to call and your id number (forgot name of service.) Also, just keeping something in your wallet.
Or the ones you have to turn over to see medical details.
Welcome to site. Take your time. Lots of information on here. And yes many of us isolated situations - by choice, disorder, circumstances, or combo.
Want to make sure you are talking D.I.D. correct? Before I respond.
For me yes. Buzz cut my hair today. Felt so good.
In college I'd let it grow out for 3 months. Then go get it cut. It was my stress relief after finals.
Sonic - not on it now for other reasons. But plan to retry. P-doc had contacted PTSD VA p-doc. She said I would probably need to gradually move up to 10 mg before fully effective for nightmares/night terrors.
Of course doesn't prevent nightmares - just suppose to reduce body's reaction to them...
@kenziii Yes nightmares I don't remember and/or night terrors. My poor pillows and sheets end up with such sweat stains. It's embarrassing.
Rarely remember dreams anymore.
