    I deleted my account. All it did was cause stress and studies have shown fb can cause depression. Keep your mind filled with that which is good, not that which is garbage.

    Great question. The longer you stay, the more trauma you will encounter. We all have our limits. I was in law enforcement and stayed too long and it almost killed me. Godspeed.

    I can relate to the guilt. I lost a subordinate who was carrying out a mission I sent the squad on. Have you ever been tested for ptsd? If not, I would suggest being tested by a forensic psychologist. Medication has helped my flashbacks, but cognitive behavior therapy is very effective too...
