No experience in UK, but in US it depends on state. One state I was refused copy of basic blood test (wtf.) Another U.S. doctor appreciated bring in all medical records I had copies of, and prevented more useless blood test already performed (another state.)...

There is an old high blood pressure medicine now used to treat nightmares called Prazosin. My old p-doc didn't even know about it until she contacted VA. Your doc may not know as well.

I struggle with sleep, staying asleep, night terrors, and nightmares. Sadly on Klonopin. My new p-doc knows I want off, and supports. He gave me this mix of Valeriana and Melissa Leaves (lemon balm.) But I struggle with medicine as many do. I don't think they mix well Klonopin. At least for me...

I like the way @Link Removed put it "PTSD tailspin." It was after I was "re-exposed" to childhood and childhood abuser. It took ptsd to levels I never imagined.
