    Hi Ice_Fire, Yes, I tend to feel more sluggish and tired. Correct 200mg is the max dosage. Sometimes I feel motivated to get tasks accomplished and other times on the complete opposite end. It always seems to be a roller coaster ride. Thanks for the suggestion though. :tup:
