    Hi i am new here, a bit afraid, very vunerable with a facade of i have it all together, now i cant keep that up and i feel as if everyone can see the large hole inside of me and can see the wind blowing. I feel i have lost 20 years of my life to depression and ptsd, i am so alone these days...
