    Earplugs And Sleeping / Not Sleeping...

    Years ago I used the foam ones but they were terrible and kept falling out and waking me up. I got some from ZenPlugs which are much better at staying in and block noise really well.

    Sleeping With Ear Plugs

    I do night shifts and kept getting woken up when my foam earplugs fell out. I got some Zenplugs earplugs which are moulded to your ears so they don't keep falling out.
