I was recently hit up about a contracting gig in Iraq as well. I don't want to go back there because that's where I got hit. I would go back to Afghanistan though, but I feel like my Iraq experience should end there since it almost killed me. f*ck Iraq.

Don't put up with it, let him know if he won't communicate, you will leave. If he doesn't, then leave. You deserve better!

I chose a hand grenade because I'm trying not to explode...trying to keep it all together.

I am currently on the path to finding myself (again). I had a near death experience which left me seriously injured and I witnessed death on a regular basis. I am hoping that I find people I can relate to and pick the brains for anything that helps me. I am taking meds and seeing a therapist.
