    I'm sorry that you can relate. It's a tough road & staying positive/removing yourself seems to be all that works. Meds just mask. Mediation helps get to the core of the issue.

    So the anger and raging - has me well....angry. I feel so frustrated and worthless when I lose the false sense of control. My brain snaps and then boom the tiniest little thing sets me off. Then I have the internal battle, so do I go and take some anxiety medication or do I hope this anger...
