Being able to talk about it with people who are familiar with this problem helped me immensely.. That was another part which was difficult..not being able to discuss about it with anyone,since our common friends don't know about her PTSD..

I do realise I have to look after my own feelings too... Its this hopelessness which is probably the hardest part for me..when things were great we communicated so openly and honest with each other, even when she told me about the things that happened to her...and now suddenly being pushed away makes me realise things are different and there's nothing...
