    Is sleeping avoidance?

    Sleeping can be a sign of depression also exhaustion from being on for too long. Overstimulation can cause shut down behavior and can be part of the fight, flight, freeze or shutdown. Sleep can also be utilized as avoidant behavior. It can also be used in the reverse in avoiding sleep.
