    Yes try it and if you miss a day so what… keep going I walk 4-5 or more miles 6 days taking Saturday off I’m doing this in NATURE at sunrise for an added mental health benefit

    You have awareness and that’s key…you’ve got this !!! I can now say to myself STOP you’re overthinking or overreacting etc Wish I had known this when they were kids But I’m doing it now going forward

    Sorry I wrote in the topic that it was insight timer Thought that was enough It’s an insight timer ( free app for mental health) talk on “drop the dead weight of the past” really good stories shared by the teacher Guy Finley ( he’s written many books )
