    Log Your Daily Exercise

    Used a weighted exercise hula hoop indoors for 30min. Might have to clear even more space next time!!! :p Also completed a 10 min set of abs exercises, with leg drops, russian twists, mountain climbers, flutter kicks etc. Youtube vids are a saviour 'cause I know nothing about cardio otherwise.
