Today, a deck of cards workout.

Hearts:
Dumbbell Reg Curls x 6
Dumbbell Hammer Curls x 6

Diamonds:
Dumbbell Triceps Skull Crushers x 6
Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks x 6

Clubs:
Sandbag Bent Rows x 8

Spades:
Sandbag Sit Ups x 8

Face Cards:
Sandbag Overhead Presses x 8

Every 5th Card:
30 second sprint

Jokers:
20 Burpees

With this, I grab a deck of cards, shuffle them up and deal myself 5 cards face up then do the exercise associated with the card. For example if I dealt out,

5 of Hearts = 6 reg curls & 6 Hammer curls
10 of Diamonds = 6 skull crushers & 6 kickbacks
3 of Spades = 8 sit ups with the sandbag
7 of Clubs = 8 sandbag rows
Queen of Hearts = 8 sandbag overhead presses

After completing each circuit of five cards I would do a 30sec sprint and for added fun I added 5 jokers into the deck so each time I dealt out one of those I did 20 burpees.
 
Used a weighted exercise hula hoop indoors for 30min. Might have to clear even more space next time!!! :p

Also completed a 10 min set of abs exercises, with leg drops, russian twists, mountain climbers, flutter kicks etc. Youtube vids are a saviour 'cause I know nothing about cardio otherwise.
 
Today a ladder workout.

12 burpees, 12 kb swings, 12 kb snatches, 12 pushups, 12 pull ups
10 burpees, 10 kb swings, 10 kb snatches, 10 pushups, 10 pull ups
8 burpees, 8 kb swings, 8 kb snatches, 8 pushups, 8 pull ups
Etc down to 2 of each, rested 2 minutes then did the ladder in reverse starting at 2
of each going back up the ladder to 12 of each.
