    What Bad Use Of Grammar Annoys You?

    Incorrect use spelling, such as are/our, where/were, practice/practise, there/their. Also a lack of paragraphs, if I see a long post with no breaks I generally avoid it, my brain can't take it!

    Anti-depressants Prescribed For Sleep

    Hi Ashley, my gp prescribed Amitryptyline to help with my sleep, its an antidepressant but at a lower dose it helps me sleep through the night. I don't take it every night, usually take for a week at a time to help reset my body clock when my sleep is very disturbed
