I'm just curious about people's day. What is your typical day for you? My day starts off usually bright and early at 8am, with a completely empty brain. What do I do with my days? I don't know. I just do whatever I can think of doing which is driving me crazy because I think I should be doing something but not sure what that is. The day is over at whenever my eyes close. Last night, I didn't get to sleep til 3am and woke up at 8am. I don't get much sleep.

I don't know what I'm supposed to be thinking about, or what I am supposed to do.

What's your typical Day?

I think it really helps to have a routine, even though some days it is too much of a struggle keeping to it.

I tend to wake up with everything that's been surfacing during the night on my mind. So my morning routine is especially important, because it can be done on auto-pilot.

I'm just trying to create a routine for myself. At the moment I'm very dependant on day-time TV to anaesthetise my brain.
So I'm trying to wake at 8am, watch TV for an hour, then get up and wash, dress and open the curtains. Some days I don't manage even that, but today I did.

Then I give myself an hour of TV. walk the dog, an hour of TV to recover, then do a household job, an hour of TV to calm down and so on all day.

I'm also trying to eat and drink regularly.

Fill my day to the full so I don't think about anything

Get up at 5am
Go to work 6am
Come home at 3pm
Housework & Family time 3.30-19.00
Shower, telly and bed 19.30-23.00

inbetween, surfing on the internet, excercising shopping etc etc...

Pretty boring actually.

Get up any time between 8.30 to 10am depending how I'm feeling
Feed the cat, make coffee and have breakfast.
Household chores.
On the internet or read a book.
Lunch/Dinner whatever you want to call it.
Watch TV or on the internet.
Go to bed.
Next day do the same thing.:rolleyes:
Go shopping once or twice a week.

Up 7:00 (Varies)
Feed and walk dogs
Get ready for work
9:00 to 5:00 work, and then trips to the doctor (radiation right now)
Evening's-Home, classes, store, or just what I feel up to. Sometimes housework, but I have given that up. (Such a sacrifice!!! :p)

Evenings, I spend time with my family and friends or sometimes a book or a movie. Bed can happen between 8:00 P.M. or Midnight, it is just dependent on how I am feeling.

Just learning to roll with the punches.

Monday - Friday
Up between 4.30 & 6am
Feed cats
Get ready for work
Catch bus 7.30
Work 8 - 4, or when i can escape!
Bus home
Feed cats again!!
Spend 1hr relaxation time to get rid of work stress
Prepare lessons for next day, phone family. pilates, shopping, watch tv
Bed - if I havent fallen a sleep on the sofa, around 10pm.

Finding working full time a challenge, thinking of changing my hours so that i have a half day off on wednesday.

Weekends
I'm much better at doing things for me now so try to avoid any school work, usually spend time with family & friends saturdays then find I need to have Sunday to myself for some down time, take long walks, watch tv, use hot tub.
